Up to now, the town has 13 enterprises have completed the contract signing, the technology innovation compensation incentive set several kinds of standards, give different titles of industrial workers additional subsidies, benefiting more than 3100 employees.


With real incentives, workers are more motivated to innovate. Under the guidance of the New Town Federation of Trade Unions, the trade union of Zhejiang Wulong New Material Co., LTD., the pilot of "Industrial reform" at the county level, organized the employees to carry out on-the-job education promotion in groups, covering the "dual certificate system" adult high school education training, junior college education, undergraduate education, master's education, etc.


It is understood that since 2019, more than 150 employees of the enterprise have received such awards, of which more than 100 employees have successfully applied for the "double ability" promotion subsidy issued by the New Town Federation of Trade Unions with the help of the New town Federation of Trade Unions.


Competition and training combined with learning to catch up
